Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Autoanaf API and dashboard (the "Service"), operated by Fiscal Link SRL. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Autoanaf provides a REST API and dashboard that generates UBL 2.1 / CIUS-RO compliant electronic invoices and submits them to the Romanian tax authority (ANAF) e-Factura system on your behalf, including automated retries and status tracking.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: submitting fraudulent invoices, attempting to bypass rate limits or security controls, or using the Service in violation of applicable tax or data protection laws.
5. Fees and Payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our pricing with reasonable prior notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". Fiscal Link SRL is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including delays or rejections by ANAF outside of our control.
7. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Romanian courts.
9. No Affiliation with ANAF
Autoanaf is an independent, privately operated service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to the National Agency for Fiscal Administration (ANAF) or any other Romanian public authority. References to ANAF describe the statutory reporting system we integrate with and do not imply any partnership or endorsement.
