This Privacy Policy explains how Fiscal Link SRL ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use the Autoanaf API and dashboard.
1. Data We Collect
We collect account information (name, email, company details), invoice data you submit for ANAF processing, API usage logs, and payment information processed by our payment provider.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to provide and improve the Service, generate and submit UBL 2.1 invoices to ANAF, send transactional emails, process payments, and comply with legal and tax obligations.
3. Data Sharing
We share invoice data with ANAF as required to fulfill e-Factura submissions, and with payment processors to handle billing. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Data Retention
Invoice records and audit logs are retained for as long as required by Romanian fiscal law (currently 10 years) and account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus a reasonable grace period.
5. Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal retention obligations. Contact us to exercise these rights.
6. Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, hashed API keys, and role-based access controls to protect your data.
